Karl...having recently returned from our holiday in KL/Borneo & Singapore I just wish to pass on my thanks to you for your exellent and professional arrangements made prior to our departure.You know the advert on TV that says.. " It does exactly what it says on the tin" well this holiday was everything and more. All the people we came across were wonderful and polite and always there to help and on time...always.If you are able to pass on thanks to wildlife expeditions because all there guides were excellent Danny 1 & 2 and Neil in Brunei, Richard in Miri, and in particular Ricky in the Royal Mulu resort.Finally,I was deilghted to be up- graded to a suite in the Tarung uru resort in KK as it was my patners birthday ( which I can only assume you must have mentioned to the hotel ) and a cake and bottle of wine when we arrived in Singapore.Please pass this on to your boss ( ask he or she for a bonus,you deserve it ) Many thanks again your company will be recommended whenever I talk about Asia. Hi Alex Just got back from our hols this weekend and wanted to write to say thanks for all your hard work! Our trip went like a dream at every destination, transport was there when it should have been and the hotels were great. We really had a lovely time and appreciated how everything worked as it should have done. Would like to say thanks for a job well done, in addition to which I think that you, Danny and Carl have given over and above the expected service by spending time chatting things through with me before we left. It was great to have such a personal touch, you were all so knowledgeable about Malaysia and knew a lot about the 2 hotels we stayed in and the surrounding areas. You all seem to take pleasure in delivering great customer service, (a skill not widely out there these days) that the whole experience was as it should have been for us. Hi Karina Just to say we had a FANTASTIC holiday - Borneo was the best - it was a culture shock at the end when we stayed in the POSH hotel, but we got used to it!!! Anyway we wished with hindsight that we had stayed longer actually in Borneo itself. Penang we werent keen on, but Langkawi was great. KL was a typical big city with tons of shopping. Thanks again for all your hard work in making our experience a brilliant one. Next stop Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia - any tips or ideas who to book with. It will be a much cheaper holiday though. Karina The holiday is all over and only the memories remain. We had an absolute ball, complimentary upgrades at Case Del Mar to the Deluxe suite (superb) and upgrade at the Rasa Saying to a premiere room (oppulent)... I would thoroughly recommend all of the hotels we stayed at on our holiday, the Casa for the location, laid back but first class service and styling, a real luxurious home from home. The Rasa wing at the Rasa Sayang is luxury all the way and the only way to holiday in Penang. Afternoon high tea and the free Champagne have left great memories and sore heads... You really must recommend to your customers who are going there that they should upgrade to the Rasa wing, it really is a difference worth having. All of the arrangements you made, transfers, flights etc. were spot on and very professionally executed, although we had a wee scare at KL airport when we couldn't find our pick-up and the one rep from the company doing the transfers we saw checked with his office and they didn't have any details of us. Then we spotted our name board but the person holding it was looking for a Chinese family with the name Yung!!! and therefore overlooked us, it all worked out in the end though. There were no other hiccups at all during the entire holiday and we can't thank you enough for the service that you provided. It only leaves me to once again thank you so much for the service you provided, it was first class and I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch with you if we ever look to holidaying in the areas that your group cover. Simply Malaysia is simply out of this world in arranging and planning our holidays in Malaysia and Borneo. Malaysia was not my first choice of holiday as I knew very little about the country. After talking to numerous tour operators and call centres (some of whome did not have a clue of my request.) I came across Simply Malaysia: At first I called and spoke to Barry who was obviously so passionate about the country and what it had to offer, I then gave an outline of my details and was promptly returned with a wealth of knowledge and advice from Karina. They knew exactly what would fit my request for a perfect holiday. When I recieved my quote, Simply Malaysia seemed to be a little more expensive than a so called call centre (who will remain nameless, but lets say they are most definately NOT the "BEST" at travel.)When I re called the "call centre" the girl did not know about the destination, AND they had mis quoted me, leaving out the connecting fligts to Borneo. I immediately returned to Simply Malaysia and with a lot of confidence booked my holiday. I have just returned from a tour of Borneo. Everything was as described and Simply Malaysia delivered a first class service at excellent prices. A gold star to Barry and Karina. Hi Karina Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday. The journey and connections etc went very smoothly. The Andaman Hotel was fabulous, we had great weather with just the odd shower during the day. The view from the Traders was pretty spectucular of the Petronas Towers etc. Thank you for arranging everything for us. I would recommend your company in future to anyone planning a similar trip. Hello Karina, Sally and I have been back from Malaysia for a week now. I thought that I would write and thank you for all your efforts in arranging the holiday. The Pelangi Beach Resort is a really idyllic spot. There were many enjoyable days but I think the highlight was the Caves and Mangroves trip. We had a private tour with a very helpful (male) guide called Vicky. It was amazing to be swimming on a deserted beach on such a remote spot. It was an outstanding holiday. My only problem was that it was a little too hot for me at times. I have 117.75 ringgits (116 RM in notes) left over. I am not really sure what I can do with this money. Do you have a charity which can take the money? Alternatively maybe you (or one of your colleagues) could use the money when you next visit Malaysia. It isn't much money but it seems a waste to put it in a drawer and then throw it away in a year or two. I will post it to you if you can make use of it. Maybe we will be in touch with you again for a return trip. Once again many thanks. Mike.

Karina Firstly, a very Happy New Year. I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for all your help in making our trip to Langkawi the most wonderful experience, we had an absolute ball. What can I say about the Casa Del Mar that has not already been said, it is simply fantastic. We actually felt as if we had been invited to someone’s house for Xmas and that nothing was too much trouble, it was terrific. The staff are just sublime in terms of the way they look after you and we will definitely keep in touch with them, we also met some great guests and had a really good laugh at the Pool Bar, Debbie’s, SunBa and the rest, the list could be endless. We enjoyed a good night at Champor Champor and met Uma & Theo who were both extremely complementary about Simply Malaysia. The only downside was that we recommended this to a couple of other couples that we met and they both had really bad evenings, I think they have some staff issues at the moment and these appear to have come to a head over the Xmas period. We had a good time though, the evening we had there was good fun. We also had a good nights at the SunSuria, Matahari (Sun Village) and some good cheap spicy Thai at Rose Tea’s. Missed out on both Bon Ton and Jimmy’s opposite the hotel, which is pretty unforgivable, it was one of those, ‘oh we will go there tomorrow’ situations that just never happened. Gives us a great excuse to go back of course!! Our seats were reserved both ways, so again thank you!! The flight out was so overbooked it was ridiculous, the flight home was better. The flight from KL to Langkawi had at max 20 people on the plane so no long delays waiting for luggage!! Overall, we had one of our best ever holidays and will certainly return to the CDM in the not too distant future. I will of course contact you when we have made plans for this year. You did mention that you cover other destinations as well, is one of these Egypt? We had a couple of conversations regarding the Four Season’s in Sharm which sounds great, similar in personal service to the CDM. If you do offer this hotel which are the best times to visit in terms of climate? Again, many thanks for all your help and advice, it was really appreciated. Kindest regards, Gary

Good Afternoon Mr Coleman, My name is Dawn Byrne and over the past week I have attempted to build an itinerary for a multi-centre holiday to Malaysia in May of this year. I have liaised with Gordon Quick regarding my holiday initially over the telephone and later via email. Gordon’s knowledge and the manner in which he has provided me with this service has been impeccable. I have altered my plans and asked for prices based on different scenarios including and excluding tours that we may go on whilst in three different places. Nothing has been too much trouble for Gordon and his responses have always been prompt and exactly what I need to know. I initially went to Gordon with hotel selections a different tour operator had recommended. Gordon explained where they were based in each resort, which isn’t where we would like to be and offered me alternatives with an explanation of the general area. He also provided me with the website addresses to allow me to view these for myself. Mr Coleman, I find in my industry, good service often goes by without being commended. I would therefore like to offer my thanks to Gordon through you for the pre sales service he has offered. Gordon felt he was ‘just doing his job’, may be that is true, but he did it so well and you can often find that it is not always the case. Thank you once again. Kind Regards Dawn

You very kindly helped us to put together a very special intinery to Kuala Lumpar ,a gourmet tour to include Cameron Heights,Ipoh & Penang-fantastic!!.Then Sandakan and a trip to see the Urangatans and wildlife trip- incredible!! All the links between hotels worked as scheduled. Brilliant hotels and beautiful people. This was our first time to Asia and hopefully the first of many. Back from Sabah this morning! Just to say that it was an absolutely fabulous trip that went very well indeed and we enjoyed enormously and also thought very good value. We were very impressed by the Tanjung Aru Shangri La, thought the guides Marius and Curt were really good and indeed Borneo Wildlife Expeditions as a whole are fantastic; very well organised. We did extremely well for wildlife, although the elephants had left the river at Sukau. However we saw no less than six Orang Utan in the wild, six species of hornbill, wonderful views of proboscis monkets, garials and did very well for rhododendrons on Kinabalu and saw a super rafflesia. We loved the Sepilok hotel and garden too, and did very well with turtles at Seligan island. We also loved the snorkelling, especially on Manikau. Only one tiny helpful comment; it would have been helpful to know the flight number coming from Sandikan back to KK. There are two simultaneous flights and we stood a long time in the wrong check-in queue! Otherwise your organisation was faultless. With renewed thanks and congratulations. John and Sheila Richards
